Early last spring I was involved with a matter with the administrative section of the Coast Guard, probably one of the most bureaucratic parts of the U.S. government. Numerous letters and emails were exchanged to try to resolve the matter which resulted in no progress, just a bad experience with the wall of government bureaucracy.
