CLINTON COUNTY—Today, 61 Clinton County elected officials, including 53 Republicans, one Independent, and seven Democrats, endorsed Congresswoman Elise Stefanik for re-election to Congress. This is the highest number of endorsements the Congresswoman has ever received from local elected officials in Clinton County.
“I am honored to endorse Congresswoman Stefanik for re-election. In Congress, Elise has fought tirelessly to advance an America First agenda and deliver results that help Clinton County small businesses and families,”said John Zurlo, County Clerk. “Elise has led the fight against Joe Biden and House Democrats’ out-of-control government spending, which has caused inflation to surge. I know Elise is working hard to rein in inflation and get our economy back on track, and that’s why she has my full backing this November.“
“I am endorsing Congresswoman Stefanik because she has worked tirelessly in Congress to secure results for Clinton County,” said Francis Peryea Jr, Area 2 County Legislator. “Elise fought to secure $1 million for the Clinton County Business Readiness Program, which will attract new business to Clinton County and create jobs. It’s because of Elise’s ability to deliver real results like this for Clinton County that she has my support this November.”

Elise’s compassion for our community and work to help those impacted by the flooding is one of the many reasons she has my full support this November.”
