Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 74th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“I fought to ensure that our corrections officers were allowed to wear personal protective equipment while serving on the job,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “This was a critical step to protect our COs and their families from the threat of COVID-19 while doing their jobs.”

Congresswoman Stefanik personally advocated to allow our corrections officers and prison staff to wear masks while working to protect themselves and their families during the COVID-19 pandemic. Corrections Officers in New York were left vulnerable to the virus prior to the state’s reversal of the policy that prevented COs from wearing their own masks.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
