Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 68th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“Many of our medical professionals in NY-21 commute from Canada,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “That’s why I fought to ensure that healthcare workers would be exempt from the Northern border closure during COVID-19 so that our essential workers can continue to support our communities.”

Following the announced Northern Border closure due to COVID-19, Elise spoke directly with Department of Homeland Security Acting Secretary Chad Wolf to urge him to exempt hospital and healthcare workers on NAFTA visas.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
