Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 56th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“I am proud to cosponsor the 21st Century Servicemembers Civil Relief Act,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “Our servicemembers are often asked to rapidly uproot their lives and their families from one location to another in defense of our nation. This important legislation would make that process easier for our military families by removing an unnecessary and burdensome step.”

Currently, electronic notifications to terminate rental/lease contracts of homes are not permitted for military families, who move or deploy frequently. This bill would make that process more efficient by allowing the servicemember to provide electronic notification to the vehicle lender or landlord.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
