Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 35th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“I secured over $3 million in community transit funding for Glens Falls,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “Our North Country communities need direct assistance in order to cover costs related to the COVID-19 outbreak, including transportation costs. I will continue to advocate for direct funding to our communities to provide relief from this unprecedented crisis.”

This funding from the Federal Transit Administration will support expenses necessary to maintain operational ability, system readiness, and respond to community transit needs in Glens Falls. This is an important win to help our local communities respond to the transit needs in their area during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
