Saratoga, NY: Today, Elise for Congress released the 17th Result in the campaign’s 100 Days, 100 Results program highlighting 100 of the critical wins that Congresswoman Elise Stefanik has delivered to the North Country.
“I’m proud to have hosted several FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant application workshops to help our local fire departments successfully receive critical FEMA grant funding,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “All of our NY-21 fire departments work incredibly hard every single day of the year, and I am glad to have seen great success in helping our communities secure this important funding to keep the North Country safe.”

Elise has put on several of these FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant Workshops across New York’s 21st Congressional District. These grants will enhance the ability of first responders to protect the health and safety of the public from fire and related hazards. The federal grants process can often be overly complicated, and Elise has provided our communities with tools, additional information and guidance to make our fire departments and EMS agencies as competitive as possible in this process. Our North Country communities have benefited greatly from Elise’s assistance in securing this important funding.
Elise for Congress will release a new Result each day through the November 3rd election to highlight the campaign’s laser focus on Real Results for the North Country.
