STEFANIK ENDORSED BY MORE THAN 70 ST. LAWRENCE COUNTY LEADERS
– Grassroots Endorsements from Republican, Democrat, and Independent Elected Leaders Across St. Lawrence County –
Glens Falls: The Stefanik campaign today announced the endorsement of more than 70 elected officials in St. Lawrence County. The endorsements include Republicans, Democrats and Independents across St. Lawrence County.
The endorsements build on the Stefanik campaign’s robust grassroots organization in the region and across the North Country, which has unified the Republican, Conservative, Independence and Reform parties behind her bipartisan and independent record of real results for the 21st District.
Democrat Fowler Town Supervisor Michael Cappellino said, “For delivering on her promises to work towards securing our borders and to defend the Second Amendment, I proudly support Elise Stefanik for re-election.”
Republican Chairman of the Board of Legislators, County Legislator, District 8 Kevin Acres said, “I’m supporting Elise Stefanik for supporting our dairy farmers and her unyielding advocacy for Fort Drum – which is critical for both our local economy and our counties national defense. I also strongly support her support efforts to promote and protect cross-border trade and her work to protect jobs like those right here in Canton.”
“I’m honored to have earned the endorsement of so many leaders across St. Lawrence County,” said Congresswoman Stefanik. “From my first day in Congress, I’ve worked on a bipartisan basis with these leaders to deliver real results for families and small businesses across the County.”
“I thank each and every one of these leaders, as well as our tremendous grassroots network of volunteers and supporters across St. Lawrence County and across the North Country who are sharing our bipartisan record of real results as we work to earn every vote and win in November.”
