Stefanik Unites Four Political Parties Behind Re-Election

– Signatures Validated, Stefanik Unites Republican, Conservative, Independence and Reform Parties Against Divided Democrats and Others –

Glens Falls: Elise for Congress today announced that four separate political parties in the 21st District are now officially united behind Congresswoman Elise Stefanik’s re-election.

The completion of the campaign’s 2018 signature gathering process ensures Stefanik will appear on the Republican, Conservative, Independence, and Reform Party ballot lines, uniting the influential parties behind her re-election against a divided field of Democratic and Green Party candidates.

“Because of the hard work of hundreds of volunteers and grassroots supporters acrossthe District, our campaign has united the Republican, Conservative, Independence and Reform Party Ballots strongly behind our campaign,” said Stefanik. “I look forward to a spirited campaign of ideas against all of my opponents, and will continue working hard to deliver even more results for North Country families and small businesses.”

Last week, with the help of more than 300 grassroots volunteers and supporters, Elise for Congress submitted the newly validated signatures to the New York State Board of Elections, including:

• Over 6,400 Republican signatures
• Over 1,700 Independence signatures
• Over 600 Conservative signatures
